Dual system AC units

Dual system AC units

I have to admit, I didn’t know much about the south before I moved here.

It has been a culture shock and an adaptive experience for sure. Everything is just a little bit different in this region of the country. The people are a bit slower, times are a bit looser, and expectations for weather are vastly different. Most days here are about 95°. We get a ton of sun and a fair amount of humidity. For being so many tropical, we don’t get as much rain as you might expect. Everyone tends to panic when there is real weather to deal with, which is funny to me considering how tough everyone wants to be. The one thing that nobody take slightly is there air conditioning system. Frankly, I had no idea what the differences were between air conditioning systems when I was living further north. We really needed to utilize our air conditioner so it wasn’t a real priority. These days, I am an air conditioning nerd. I recently bought the best air conditioner on the market for my personal needs. It’s a dual system air conditioner, which means that it is equipped with two different cooling systems, to effectively manage your indoor air temperature control as efficiently as possible. One of these systems is a low-level, Cooling and dehumidifier system. It runs all the time and keeps a baseline level of air quality in your home. When the temperature increases outside and you need the extra cooling power to combat raging sunlight, the second cooling system kicks into gear and gives you the added air flow to keep your house cool all afternoon. Who would have thought I would become such an AC fan.
