My mom called me the other afternoon & told me that her boiler stopped working.
- I told her it was actually nothing too serious so I gave her a number to an Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman.
I found the Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman’s number online. I never heard of the guy even though I thought any Heating & Air Conditioning business would be fine. She was glad for my help & she told me that she made an appointment for him for the following week. The afternoon finally came & I went over to her home to help her while the Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman was trying to find out the problem. He told her that it seemed like her temperature control was broken so he installed a up-to-date one. I was a little curious about this because it seemed like there has something wrong with the furnace not the temperature control. The temperature control was working wonderful so I didn’t believe that there needed to be a replacement. The Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman was downstairs for over an hour. I asked if everything was okay, he seemed a bit sad & said everything seemed fine. After another hour went by he came upstairs & told us that he could not find the problem. This is when I knew that he was not a wonderful Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman. I told them not a problem & that my friend and I were wonderful with his services. I found another Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman’s number who was more reputable & popular around the part than the previous guy. It turned out that the last Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman did not know what he was doing. He ended up taking parts out of the Heating & Air Conditioning system thinking that would solve the problem.
