It was the pilot light

Do you ever have nights when you just throw up your hands & laugh at how unfortunate your fortune is? For me, this is a yearly occurrence.

For as long as I can remember, I have had bad luck. Even when things show to transport smoothly, they tend to get really complicated & require extra energy from me. For instance, when I recently purchased a new car it turned out to be a complete disaster. The dealership took me for a ride, I had to make many trips to complete all of their paperwork, & I wound up with a lemon of a vehicle. Later, when I went to register the car, I found out they sent the registration to the wrong state. Similarly, when I was preparing my home for the impending frigid winter season air, I began experiencing road blocks left & right. First, I attempted to place more insulation in the attic for better energy-efficiency this winter, only to find a ton of rodent harm that needed to be repaired. When I finally had the rodents eradicated from the attic, my friend and I found that there was black mold hidden beneath the ancient insulation. When I had a construction team rip out the harmd insulation & wood, my friend and I found that there were structural troubles with my air ducts. When I finally patched up my extensive air duct harms, I swore that I was ready to take on the frigid winter season season. I went to the control unit & started up my boiler, only to find that frigid air with streaming from my air vents. Once again, I called off the professionals. This time, an HVAC serviceman came out to investigate my failed heater. I was unhappy about paying yet another service charge to this HVAC repairman. I was even more unhappy when he told me that he just needed to relight the pilot.
