For the past many years I’ve been talking with my hubby about establishing a nice Workshop in our house.
I believe it would be extremely beneficial for both of us if my friend and I had a designated place for our projects.
My associate and I could have proper ventilation & enough room to entirely accomplish great things, if my friend and I just planned ahead & did most of the work ourselves; Recently, we’ve been talking in more detail about how my friend and I could transform a random room in the basement into said workshop. My associate and I have a few troubles about getting the space modern, because it has been largely ignored for the past decade, but first of all, my friend and I need better lighting installed down there. Secondly, my friend and I legitimately need a high powered ventilation fan to detach any of the noxious fumes from our projects, lastly, there is no doubt that my friend and I have to install some kind of advanced heating & cooling solution so the room is not freezing frigid year-round. Since the space is situated in the basement, it’s inherently cool & wet down there. For several of our projects, my friend and I need a more moderate air temperature & a drier air quality. Therefore, it’s clear that my friend and I need some kind of HVAC modification so our central heating & cooling system can regularly service this remote space. We’ve been stuck on this idea for quite a while, because the cost of extending our central HVAC system is not insignificant. After spinning our wheels & getting nowhere, I realized that my friend and I were making this too difficult. Rather than investing in a full heating & cooling system revamp, my friend and I should simply purchase a mini split ductless heating & cooling system for the workshop. I consulted with an HVAC serviceman & even purchased quotes for the new heating & cooling system. Now, my hubby has no great excuse for his procrastination.
