My husband and I just moved out of our one bedroom and one bath apartment in the city. We decided to move back to our homes in the country to start raising a family. We felt like the city was too much and we felt like the school systems weren’t as good as the schools that we attended to when we were kids. It took awhile for us to find a house back at home because there wasn’t a lot of property or houses for sale. But we decided to purchase a home that was in the Victorian era and renovate it. We had to redo the upstairs and downstairs. We also decided to put a new roof on the house, install new flooring and new carpet. We also needed a whole new HVAC system. An HVAC system is very pricey and we knew that we could not front the money all at once. It was nice that the HVAC provider had a service where we were allowed to finance and make payments each month. Without having financing, we were able to make convenient payments that fit our budget, and not our HVAC provider’s. We heard some horror stories that some HVAC providers around the area were trying to make their customers pay what they wanted and not what the customer wanted. We wanted an HVAC provider that would work with us and help us during our big renovating process. This whole process hasn’t been easy but thanks to our HVAC technician who is very knowledgeable, we didn’t have to worry about our newly installed HVAC system.
