Running at evening, enjoying the town AC

A lot of folks have taken this pandemic to be a certainly bad thing.

If you are a front line worker, I completely understand how you would feel that way.

However, if you are one of the privileged people who had just been standing at home, I fail to see the problem. Personally, I have certainly loved my time locked indoors away from work. I have even taken up new fitness habits, such as jogging at evening. Originally, I was jogging in the morning, until people started turning on their air conditioners a few weeks ago. I realized undoubtedly quickly, the central cooling systems that effectively manage our indoor air temperature and humidity throughout the Summer supply amazing background noise for my jog. Not only are the powerful cooling systems similar to colorless noise apps, but they help to drown out the sounds of my exhausted panting. I’m not proud of my exhausting respiratory health or the sound of my feet pounding against the pavement as I huff and puff up every hill. I appreciate the comfort of 100 high quality air conditioners keeping my exercise efforts private. In this area, my pal and I rely heavily on our central air conditioners, but I have realized evening is primetime for A/C usage. At evening, the central cooling systems are more likely to be running at a high power because people tend to appreciate freezing temperatures for sleeping. When this cooling system correlation finally cemented itself in my brain, I got a lot more comfortable with jogging at evening in the cool, muggy Summer air. Besides, it feels extra amazing when I get back condo to my own abundant air conditioner.
