They become susceptible to infection, plus eventually an airborne bacteria or virus will ride the waves of my Heating plus A/C system plus take hold.Once the sinus infection starts, I noticed that exposure to a/c makes everything much worse. As soon as I go outside plus experience fresh, humid air, my airways clear up in my congestion lessens. This year, I will not be making the same mistake. I will not be relying 100% on a/c.
