For several years now, I have legitimately wanted to own my own Cabin in the Woods. I realized some time ago that this had to be the most relaxing & peaceful setting for anyone to live. I’ve been extremely jealous of the folks who own cute family cottages up in the Smoky Mountains. They can utilize the cottage on weekends when they’re available, & rent out the cottage for extra income the rest of the year. Personally, I believe that this is an amazing idea. I would legitimately like to do the same thing one day. Recently, I got my opportunity. I came upon some cash & decided to make my cottage dream come true. First, I found the best location & scouted out an amazing condo for sale. Next, I got to work renovating the entire place. There were some cosmetic changes, however the greatest workload was overhauling of the central heating & cooling system. The family that owns the cottage before only had a rudimentary central furnace & a few window a/c units installed in the home. This was not going to work for a high-priced cottage rental. I needed to install high-quality, energy-efficient indoor air handling device for my Airbnb guests. I called the local HVAC dealership & my friend and I determines that radiant radiant heated floors were an awesome option. I could maintain at the cottage feel of my new condo with beautiful radiant radiant heated floors, while also providing the cleanest & most energy efficient heating possible. These nights, I own the most peaceful & comfortable cottage in the Smoky Mountains.
