I’m in my office, which is basically just a small room with a daybed where I get my labor done each day. It’s nice having an office because when I close the door plus labor it feels like I am not in my flat anymore however in a comfy casual office where you get to sit down while you work. Maybe some offices are like this now as they try to evolve to a less stuffy environment plus make their workers feel more at home. But not having to commute to labor in that heavy traffic without air conditioning in the warm summers is a dream come true, as the drive to labor was usually the worst part about my workday. The weather conditions control system in my big aged home would cost an average of $350 a month during the summer, which stretched on for about eight or nine months. The winters were no joke either as the temps would plummet from warm to cold in a matter of a few weeks, making me have to run my furnace to keep the locale warm. So my power bills from the weather conditions control system in the flat were not so cheap each month, rivaling half my rent I now spend money here overseas. I spend money about $677 a month total to live here in this nice big flat plus I don’t even need a automobile to get here each day for work!
