Good luck with the energy bill – wired work temperature control

In his mind, locking the temperature control guaranteed that he would save cash on energy next month.

The older I get, the more I realize that the bane of every adults existence is upper management. No matter what position they work in, no matter what field they’re in, & no matter how long they have been working at that company.., but people will typically tell you that is great, except for dealing with upper management. They don’t like the decisions that are being made at the top & the people who are resting prettiest tend to care the least. They take fancy trips & check back in just to ruin things. That’s what happened recently at my task, like everyone else is. Our CEO had been out of the country for at least a month, however he returned to the states like a cyclone. He started screaming & everybody about her energy expenditure for the last two months, raging that he did not understand why our energy usage had increased compared to the prior three months. My buddy and I tried to explain that the extra Summer heat caused us to operate our air conditioning system for this past month, unlike the Spring season. At that point, he lost his mind about AC. He decided that my enjoyable friend and I shouldn’t be able to turn the temperature control lower than 69 degrees. He immediately called out our industrial Heating, Ventilation & A/C Tech & had him install a passcode on the temperature control. In his mind, locking the temperature control guaranteed that he would save cash on energy next month. He did not care that my enjoyable friend and I were all going to be miserable. Well, unfortunately for him, multiple of the men at my work have experience in the Heating, Ventilation & A/C industry. They absolutely pop to the temperature control off the wall, & wired the air conditioning component directly, so it ran typically. I hope my boss enjoys his energy bill next month.
