There is a nice cross breeze that cuts through my flat when my great friend and I open the back sliding glass doors when the front ones are open as well.
So today I am done with my shopping plus now wrapping up my writing plus then I move onto my yoga routine.
It takes a lot of time to maintain the body plus it is like a part time job for me, along with my normal job I do each week. I absolutely spend about 30 hours a week toiling on my health plus my tunesal venture, which gives little time for Heating plus Air Conditioning professional labor at the local business. I try to keep a disciplined routine each day, however on afternoons like this when my great friend and I played numerous hours of tunes over the past weekend I have to cut myself some slack plus have a red card day of honestly little. I’ll maybe clean my HEPA air con filter before the night ends plus then my day is over. I have to write for another ten minutes plus then I will hit that yoga mat like a great little yogi. Once the yoga is done I could learn Spanish by listening to podcasts although I think today is going to be a red card day for that too. But tomorrow I’ll go meet with the Heating plus Air Conditioning tech, who is also my girlfriend, plus do our Spanish lesson in the local supplier plus then I will be set for my practice. I met her one day when I offered her my band’s card plus she liked my tunes, then the rest is history.
