My friends & I decided to go into the village for a few afternoons! My friend and I live about two hours from there & my friend and I never take the fortune of our proximity to the city.
My friend and I left on a Thursday & the drive wasn’t bad at all my friend and I didn’t hit any traffic.
My friend and I arrived at our hotel… It was undoubtedly large & included a lot of services with our stay; Once my friend and I diagnosed out the amenities of the hotel my friend and I decided to unpack our luggage from the vehicle & relax, but after our thirty minutes of relaxation my friend and I went to breakfast around the hotel. My friend and I didn’t want to venture into the village for only a few hours, so my friend and I just waited until the next afternoon. My experience in the village was wonderful however our hotel & the locales that my friend and I went to heat did not have wonderful heating, but the hotel while in breakfast was cold; While eating our complimentary breakfast I felt such a chill & not to mention the ceiling was leaking! It was raining outside & there must have been leaks. At first I thought it was from the fountain that was near me however when I looked up I could see the drops coming down! Not to mention at the restaurant that my friend and I ate at was cold too. I had to ask my server twice if the furnace was on & she assured me that it was! During the winter management at hotels & companies need to be more mindful of their customer’s needs.
