During the winter season a lot of people heat their homes. There are multiple unusual openings that people use to heat home. However I like to use central heating to hot up my apartment while in the chilly hot and cold temperatures of winter. When I have my HVAC professional come over the other afternoon to do a check up on my HVAC system, she told me there are some problems that she has seen this winter season so far with her buyers. One of these is called completely lost heat loss and this occurs when you put your hand near the vent and there is no heat coming out of the air register at all. This is one of the worst nightmares for multiple homeowners. There is also a concern called partial heat loss where you feel like there is some air coming out but not as much as there should be coming out of an air register. There is also another concern called control equipment malfunction. You feel unusual hot and cold temperatures however that is not your body, that is the control equipment going through swings. This means that your control equipment is malfunctioning. Another concern that the HVAC professional has seen this season is HVAC duct problems. A lot of her buyers are experiencing leakage due to cracks in the HVAC duct due to HVAC duct not sealed correctly. While she was doing my maintenance on my HVAC system and servicing and cleaning it she said that I did not have any of these problems. I was cheerful she said this because I don’t want to spend any more money on my HVAC system.
