My friends and I decided to go into the town for a few afternoons; We live about two hours from there and my good friend and I never take the fortune of our proximity to the city. We left on a Sunday and the drive wasn’t bad at all my good friend and I didn’t hit any traffic. We arrived at our hotel. It was absolutely big and included a lot of services with our stay, once my good friend and I checked out the amenities of the hotel my good friend and I decided to unpack our luggage from the car and relax, after our thirty minutes of relaxation my good friend and I went to dinner around the hotel. We didn’t want to venture into the town for only a few hours, so my good friend and I just waited until the next afternoon, my experience in the town was good however our hotel and the arenas that my good friend and I went to heat did not have good heating, the hotel while in supper was cold. While eating our complimentary supper I felt such a chill and not to mention the ceiling was leaking! It was raining outside and there must have been leaks. At first I thought it was from the fountain that was near me but when I looked up I could see the drops coming down, not to mention at the pizzeria that my good friend and I ate at was chilly too. I had to ask my server twice if the furnace was on and she assured me that it was. During the winter season management at hotels and corporations need to be more mindful of their customer’s needs.
