My friends and I decided to go into the village for a few afternoons, then my associate and I live about two hours from there and we never take the luck of our proximity to the city.
My associate and I left on a Friday and the drive wasn’t terrible at all we didn’t hit any traffic.
My associate and I arrived at our hotel. It was entirely big and included a lot of services with our stay, once we checked out the amenities of the hotel we decided to unpack our luggage from the motorcar and relax. After our thirty minutes of relaxation we made the choice to go to dinner around the hotel. My associate and I didn’t want to venture into the village for only a few hours, so we just waited until the next afternoon. My experience in the village was great however our hotel and the sites that we made the choice to go to heat did not have great heating, but the hotel during breakfast was cold, while eating our complimentary breakfast I felt such a chill and not to mention the ceiling was leaking! It was raining outside and there must have been leaks. At first I thought it was from the fountain that was near me however when I looked up I could see the drops coming down; Not to mention at the eating establishment that we ate at was frosty too. I had to ask my waitress twice if the heater was on and he assured me that it was; During the winter management at hotels and businesses need to be more mindful of their customer’s needs.
