It was a mistake to take out the fan

It was a mistake to take out the fan

One of the things that homeowners did not change was the localement of the air vents or the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system because they felt this would be too fancy, then when it came time to turn the system on & the renovations were complete they realized that the localement was not officially done to begin with

Renovating a apartment can be fun however fancy. It is exciting to plan & envision what a space can become however periodically homeowners are too hasty when it comes to breaking out everything. All they can see is the current modern space & don’t take into account why it was set up the way it was originally. As an interior designer I see it all the time & I wish I could provide people be Insight needed to reconsider some of their choices. Take for instance the last task I had, the homeowners wanted to rip out everything in a space & take down several of the interior walls to provide the locale an open concept. This seems like a nice idea to them however they also removed all of the ceiling fans that were located in the apartment because they said they were too dated. It did seem odd that every single room had a pan however after the renovation was complete I began to understand why. One of the things that homeowners did not change was the localement of the air vents or the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system because they felt this would be too fancy, then when it came time to turn the system on & the renovations were complete they realized that the localement was not officially done to begin with. Apparently the ceiling fans have been used to circulate the cooled & heated air throughout the home because there were not enough air vents to maintain a familiar temperature throughout the space. Oftentimes, in older homes especially this is an economical way to circulate the weather conditions controlled air without having to make fancy changes to the way an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system was installed.
