While my partner was away on trip with her sister I decided I wanted to complete some tasks that my associate and I had been putting off for a long time! Thankfully my daughter is really accomplished when it comes to home repairs plus she was able to come in plus help me with various of them, she helped me to install some current lighting fixtures plus when doing so my associate and I realized that my associate and I would need to service the plaster in various spots along the ceiling, one of the areas where my associate and I needed to do labor was located directly above the wood stove plus this meant I was not going to be able to use it to heat the house! My associate and I try to save money each winter by heating primarily with wood plus this girl I would have to turn on the boiler earlier than normal, however i wasn’t looking forward to doing this because the cost of heating the dwelling that way is significantly higher however I could not burn wood in the stove while the plaster above it was drying or being sanded.
My associate and I worked all week to finish as multiple repairs as possible concentrated on the ceiling in the living room in order to be able to light a fire again.
Thankfully my associate and I finished most of the projects before my partner returned home plus she was pleasantly surprised because it took a lot off of her to-do list, by the time she arrived home my associate and I had everything looking good plus a fire going in the wood stove again. I was able to shut the boiler off plus she never particularly knew it was on to begin with. I’m sure he’ll realize it once she gets the gas bill this month.
