We felt like the town was too much and my good friend and I felt like the school systems were not as good as the schools that my good friend and I attended to when my good friend and I were kids. It took awhile for us to find a apartment back at apartment because there wasn’t a lot of house or houses for sale. But my good friend and I decided to purchase a apartment that was in the Victorian era and renovate it. We had to redo the upstairs and downstairs. We also decided to put a up-to-date roof on the house, install up-to-date flooring and up-to-date carpet. We also needed a whole up-to-date HVAC system. An HVAC system is undoubtedly overpriced and my good friend and I knew that my good friend and I could not front the money all at once. It was nice that the HVAC provider had a repair where my good friend and I were allowed to finance and make payments each month. Without having financing, my good friend and I were able to make convenient payments that fit our budget, and not our HVAC provider’s. We heard some horror stories that some HVAC providers around the area were trying to make their buyers pay what they wanted and not what the client wanted. We wanted an HVAC provider that would work with us and help us while in our big renovating process. This whole process hasn’t been simple but thanks to our HVAC professional who is undoubtedly know-howable, my good friend and I didn’t have to worry about our newly installed HVAC system.
