It is almost 3pm plus I am chipping away at my labor for the day.
I am down to about 30 minutes left plus then I am going to hit the store plus get some food for the week.
This week is a holiday in the States, Memorial Day, however overseas it is just another normal day as far as almost everyone is upset. I am toiling like I do every day plus just listening to some great meditation tunes to keep me focused while I finish up my workday so I can get to my shopping plus yoga session. Then a weather conditions controlled ride on my bike in the nice cool weather outside will be in order to get some fresh air plus see a friendly face or two… But I won’t go out until after 5pm because the sunshine is too intense here in the Mediterranean plus I like to stay in air conditioned luxury till the sunshine eases off a bit… Usually by 5pm or so you can go out in the sunshine without getting burned, however in the middle of the summer time it is better to stay out of the sunshine until 6pm. The local suppliers stay open late in the summer time plus my air con system is running full tilt to keep us cool in the flat each day. So today I will get my shopping done plus yoga done plus then maybe labor another 30 minutes to wait for the sunshine to sink a bit more. The refrigeration in the food stores are good because they keep them unquestionably cool for shopping comfort.
