trees is complicated. Power outages plus busted AC.

If the wind starts blowing, your air conditioning unit is in danger of being struck by a large tree limb plus completely destroyed

I appreciate the neighborhood that I live in. I never thought that I would wind up here plus it was never a dream of mine. To be honest, it was a complete accident that I wound up in this place. I followed a romantic partner here plus after we broke up, I considered moving back property to be near my family. I was too drawn to the outdoor beauty of this place to leave. I have to say, there are a few complications caused by all of the trees. Namely, you have to worry about your central cooling system on a usual basis. First of all, with this number of large limbs around power grids, you are going to suffer from a lot of electrical outages. Every few weeks we lose our power at home, which means we lose our central heating plus cooling system. In the winter, the outdoor hot plus cold temperatures are relatively mild so you can live without a heater without panicking about hypothermia. In the summer, but, the heat plus humidity is genuinely oppressive if you do not have a central cooling system to lean on. When your power goes out you genuinely long for your air conditioner to have a backup generator. The other thing that can be dangerous with all of these trees is the likelihood of a branch hitting your high-priced central cooling system outside. If the wind starts blowing, your air conditioning unit is in danger of being struck by a large tree limb plus completely destroyed. Many people use metal cages to protect their high-priced air handling unit plus I would request this to anyone who wants to keep their central cooling system safe. If you appreciate trees, this might be the neighborhood for you… But be ready for AC complications.
